A South Sudanese congregation put the discipleship training they learned from Samaritan's Purse into action and rebuilt a local woman's house that burned down. Through the church's generosity and witness, she became a Christian.

We are also building hope by providing relief or training in many areas, including clean water, food, farming, discipleship, Bible literacy, and marriage enrichment, all while sharing the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Samaritan's Purse sponsors a youth drama group in South Sudan that presents Biblical stories and also communicates important messages on such topics as child abuse, water, sanitation, and hygiene, and the benefits of education.
