Vladimir Kenny's mother passed away when he was 9 years old. He eventually wound up in a Christian orphanage where at the age of 11, he received an Operation Christmas Child shoebox. The New Testament, coloring books, and especially the toy car inside his gift gave him a glimpse of God's love.
