Nadia Karnatova grew up in Ukraine in a family of nine children. Her father pastored an underground church and struggled to provide for his family. When Nadia received an Operation Christmas Child shoebox, she rejoiced over the doll inside. "I want to encourage you to pack a shoebox because not only will that put a smile on a child's face, but you will also answer a parent's prayer," she said.
