“Love Showed Up" - Volunteers Help a North Carolina Family Recover From Overwhelming Hurricane Helene Damage

U.S. Disaster Relief NM-241004_Roten Homeowner Story_Hurricane Helene_Watauga

Hurricane Helene brought devastating floods that caused many people to evacuate their homes, not knowing if they would still have a place to live after the storm. The damage left many North Carolina families in disbelief and disorder, however the volunteers of Samaritan's Purse were the first people to come in and bring peace to the place we call home in it's toughest time of need. As many people are still recovering after Hurricane Helen, we encourage you to serve or donate and help us continue to bring the face, hands and love of Jesus to those in need across western North Carolina.
