Pikeville, Kentucky, was forever changed when devastating floods rushed into their community, resulting in one of the worst floods in their county's history. Pam Mullins was one of the many homeowners from Pikeville who suffered severe flood damage to her family's home. However, her recent hip replacement surgery prevented her from repairing her house. When the volunteers of Samaritan's Purse came into Pikeville, they helped restore Pam's home while bringing her the emotional and spiritual support she needed to feel God's love as she rebuilds her life.
