Desire Nana grew up poor in Burkina Faso in West Africa. When he was 8 years old, he was blessed with an Operation Christmas Child shoebox gift. The impact it had resulted in him starting a kids ministry when he was 12 and later teaching the discipleship program The Greatest Journey in nearby villages.
