Dedicating a Dependable Place to Worship in Alaska

When the local church in Mekoryuk, Alaska, suffered from structural damage and overall dilapidation, its people began praying for a new building where they could worship Jesus in peace. Soon after, the prayers of Mekoryuk were answered as Samaritan’s Purse heard Mekoryuk’s call for help and flew up to the remote island of Nunivak to begin constructing a new, state-of-the-art church that is built to last and dedicated to serve Mekoryuk for multiple generations.
