Cleaning And Restoring Flooded Homes In Colorado

U.S. Disaster Relief | 2:59 NM-251007_Colorado Flood_Overview

The mountain communities of Southwest Colorado recently faced one of the heaviest floods they have ever seen. With some areas receiving over five inches of rainfall, the volunteers of Samaritan's Purse were quick to help clean and restore each affected house. Tugsuu Cook was one of the many volunteers who answered the call to serve in Jesus' Name, as she knew how a bit of gratitude can go a long way. This understanding stemmed from her own experience of receiving an Operation Christmas Child shoebox when she was growing up in Mongolia. Thanks to volunteers like Tugsuu, each person affected by this life-changing disaster can get back on their feet while feeling the inner peace that only God can provide.
