Bringing Pure Water to Swannanoa After Hurricane Helene

As the Swannanoa area is still recovering from the damage caused by Hurricane Helene, thousands of people still lack access to clean drinking water. To remedy this critical need, Samaritan's Purse has deployed an emergency water treatment system to purify the water near the Swannanoa river to ensure the people of western North Carolina are refreshed with clean water as they continue to restore their community after Hurricane Helene.
